TBH3 House

This house is situated within the Tbilisi Hills Golf Course, positioned beside the neighboring TBH2 residence. The house spans 1,100 sqm across three floors, designed to complement the landscape while offering spacious, luxurious living. A key challenge in designing this house was aligning the client's specific vision for the facade and overall shape of the building. The client had a clear preference, referencing some houses he admired. The task was to balance these desires with the functional requirements of the project, while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This required careful integration of the client's aesthetic aspirations with the project's practical needs. Like the other three houses we designed in this area, the core idea was to embrace and highlight the breathtaking nature surrounding the site. The goal was to create a resort-style home that harmonizes with its environment, offering an escape from the everyday. A central feature of the design is the outdoor swimming pool, strategically positioned and connected to the main living area. This integration of indoor and outdoor spaces creates a seamless flow, enhancing the experience of living amidst nature. The main facade is defined by a striking double-height entrance lobby, featuring a large curtain wall that invites visitors into the home. This architectural feature not only provides a dramatic first impression but also brings an abundance of natural light into the entrance area, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors. Basement: The basement accommodates the spa, utility rooms, and various supporting areas, designed for functionality and convenience. Ground Floor: The ground floor includes the living room, dining area, TV room, and one en-suite bedroom. This level offers ample space for both relaxation and entertainment, with a seamless connection to the outdoor surroundings. First Floor: The first floor features three en-suite bedrooms, including the master bedroom, providing privacy and comfort for the residents.
