The project was handed to us at the concrete structure stage, with most of the walls already built. Our task was to redesign the existing conditions with minimal changes. We focused on optimizing the floor plans and redesigning the facade to align with the existing structure. To meet the client's needs, we incorporated natural thermo wood and natural stone, enhancing the building's aesthetic while maintaining the structural integrity without making major alterations.
